Every tool on ReconFiles processes your files entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you upload a CSV or PDF, the file is read locally by your browser — it is never transmitted to any server, stored in any database, or accessible to anyone other than you.
ReconFiles has no backend infrastructure. There are no servers receiving your files, no analytics tracking what you upload, and no logs of your activity. The only data stored anywhere is your saved column mappings, which are kept in your browser's localStorage on your own device and never leave it.
The site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements, which may use cookies for ad personalisation in accordance with Google's privacy policy. No financial data or file contents are shared with advertisers.
